According to the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, a total of 465,820 Nigerians have benefitted immensely from the payroll support scheme across the country.
The government’s Economic Sustainability Plan (ESP), according to presidential spokesman Laolu Akande, proceeds to have an effect on people’s lives and small businesses.
On Sunday, the start of payments to Payroll Support track and one-time General MSME Grant recipients was declared.
It came after the MSME Survival Fund’s Steering Committee authorized payment to successful beneficiaries of the Payroll Support and General MSME Grant tracks.

According to Dailypost, it was gathered that In the Payroll Support track, where beneficiaries receive a monthly grant of N30,000 or N50,000, 146,065 people from 28 states have started receiving payments of N30,000 each.
Each beneficiary will receive a payment of N90,000 from the federal government as three months’ salary support.
Abia, Adamawa, Anambra, Bayelsa, Borno, Cross River, Delta, Ebonyi, Edo, Ekiti, Enugu, Gombe, Imo, and Jigawa are the states in question.
Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and Zamfara are some of the others.
In addition, 46,117 beneficiaries in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and 36 states have begun receiving payments under the General MSME Grants track.
