Apc’s ruling will not Exceed 2023- Seyi Makinde

The governor made it known that the current government of the opposing party has been unbeneficial for nigerians

Seyi Makinde, the governor of Oyo State, has proclaimed that the ruling and Mismanagement of the ruling party at the federal level, All Progressives Congress, would not last beyond 2023.

Nigerians, he said, were already sick of the party and would vote it out at the polls.

Seyi Makinde disclosed this at the South-West PDP Zonal Executives’ inauguration on Wednesday at the Government House in Agodi, Ibadan.

He asserted that the issues of insecurity and economic downturn must be properly addressed.

Makinde implored the PDP to exemplify to the entire nation that it was ready to regain power at the center.

According to the Oyo state governor, he said

I was reading in the newspaper where a national leader of the APC said that the APC will be in power beyond 2023. I want to say it is a big lie.

Nigerians are tired of the misgovernance of the APC at the national level.

Is it insecurity? Is it an economic meltdown? Is it the aloofness of the entire leadership of government?

Is that what is giving them the assurance of continuing beyond 2023? No, Nigerians will not take that
